Responsibilities

• Assists customers and employees, assists with staff motivation and achieving branch and individual sales goals.
• Opens/closes branch. Performs teller duties: receives checks and cash for deposit and payment to accounts, verifies amounts, and examines checks for proper endorsement, ownership and fraud risk.
• Provides customer problem resolution and answers customer inquiries of financial products and service offerings.
• Assists in day to day operations including customer service and teller duties and responsibilities on a regular rotation.
