Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst Intern in Fort Collins, CO. You will join our credit analyst team, gaining hands-on experience with credit analysis and the loan lifecycle.

You will assist in preparing loan packets, spread and analyze financial information, monitor covenants, and participate in department projects while collaborating with Operations, Relationship Management, and Loan Documentation teams to learn risk management and client solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental credit analysis tasks.
• Assist in preparing loan packets for new credit requests, renewals and annual reviews.
• Spread and analyze financial information for borrowers and guarantors.
• Monitor loan covenants to ensure compliance with the loan agreement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Relationship Management, and Loan Documentation.
