First National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented team member to process incoming research requests, monetary account adjustments, and account updates for credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts. You will resolve payment issues, review credit balances, and help implement efficient processes across departments.

Role requires basic accounting concepts, customer service skills, and strong MS Office/Excel abilities. Onsite at FNBO Tower in Omaha with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task assigned projects while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills.

Aufgaben

• Daily Report Settlement and Reconciliation.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment inquiries related to credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts.
• Calculate and process monetary account adjustments.
• Provide a positive customer experience while responding to written and verbal customer inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide/participate, as assigned by management, in on-the-job orientation, training, and cross training of new and existing team members.
