Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in credit risk and collections strategies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with relational databases and ETL (SQL or SAS).
• Familiar with SAS, R, MATLAB, Tableau as analytical/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with developing and presenting recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute collections strategies across delinquency stages to improve cure and roll rates.
• Leverage data analytics and segmentation to design targeted treatments (SMS, digital, calls, legal routing).
• Lead test-and-learn frameworks with control/treatment design and performance measurement.
• Identify customer segments to optimize outreach and recovery strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Digital vendors to implement compliant, scalable strategies.
• Monitor KPIs (RPC%, PTP%, liquidation curves, roll rates) and report insights to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to TCPA, FDCPA, and CFPB guidance; support digital transformation and automation.
