Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in credit card collections and risk management.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or SAS experience.
• Relational databases and ETL knowledge with SQL/SAS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute collections strategies across delinquency stages.
• Leverage data analytics and segmentation for targeted treatment strategies.
• Drive test-and-learn frameworks with performance measurement and validation.
• Identify customer segments to optimize outreach and recovery.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Vendors to ensure compliant strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and report insights to leadership.
• Ensure strategies comply with TCPA, FDCPA, CFPB regulations.
• Support digital transformation including automation and vendor integrations.
