Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers while working on projects requiring strong sales skills to convert calls into sales.
• Process incoming and outgoing sales calls for assigned clients and programs following policies and laws.
• Present offers by reading scripted presentations or paraphrase based on product summaries to help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain call quality and productivity targets while supporting program goals and objectives.
• Build product knowledge on offers, pricing, and upsells to optimize each contact with the customer.
• Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable laws; document interactions accurately.
• Escalate issues outside control to supervision and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
