Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• Based on program may require bilingual English/Spanish/French, etc.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers and drive sales on calls.
• Process incoming and outgoing sales calls following policies and quality standards.
• Present offers, address objections, and collect and verify customer information.
• Maintain product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure calls meet hours goals and comply with laws and program requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine issues.
