Qualifications

• Minimum High School education/GED.
• Passing program specific assessments required.
• 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, coordinator, assistant, receptionist).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers to convert calls to sales.
• Process incoming and outgoing sales calls per client programs in line with policies and standards.
• Present offers, handle objections, verify customer information, and provide customer service.
