Responsibilities

• Audit execution: support planning and engagement process; document work papers; assess and advise action plans for deficiencies.
• Credit Assessment: review loans and provide independent risk assessment against credit policies and underwriting quality.
• Governance Assessment: assess risk governance over credit portfolios and alignment with risk appetite.
• Regulatory Review: evaluate compliance with U.S. banking laws, regulations, and Bank policies.
• Business Operations: assess core processes to ensure effective credit administration and risk management.
