TRUE MANUFACTURING GROUP is seeking an Accounts Receivable Processor to post cash receipts, apply payments to invoices, and assist in AR reporting. The role requires AR experience, JD Edwards proficiency, and strong Excel/Word skills, with on-site work in Missouri and possible one remote day per week.

Responsibilities include deposit processing, credit memo application, AR reconciliation, and supporting monthly and quarterly close. High school diploma or GED required; associates preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with preferred associate degree.
• Two+ years of related AR experience; ERP experience essential.
• Proficient in JD Edwards, Excel and Word; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Post cash receipts and apply to open invoices in AR sub-ledger.
• Process local deposits and prepare cash receipt reporting.
• Apply credit memos and unapplied cash as directed by Credit Department.
• Reconcile AR reporting and assist monthly close to GL.
• Maintain record integrity per Company policy and assist in audits.
