Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Casino Credit Clerk to support core financial operations by ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of customer credit and check-cashing documentation.

This role serves as a key contact for guests using credit services, delivering exceptional service while processing sensitive information with discretion. The position requires attention to regulatory compliance, precise data entry, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and one year of general office work experience.
• Must be computer literate and detail oriented.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing required by the State Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and posts confidential credit information and identification credentials into the patron’s credit line.
• Processes casino credit applications and maintains customer files.
• Makes direct contact with banks and consumer credit reporting agencies and casino credit reporting agencies.
• Inputs and authorizes new check cashing customers to computer system.
• Audits mail-in markers payments, return check logs, and return marker logs.
