Live! Casino & Hotel is hiring a Casino Credit Clerk to support core financial operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of credit and check-cashing documentation.

You will serve as a key contact for guests using credit services while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations. The role requires handling sensitive financial information with precision, and involves posting credit data, processing applications, and interacting with banks and reporting agencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required as well as one year of general office work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing required by the State Gaming Agency.
• Proficient computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and posts confidential credit information and identification into the patron’s credit line.
• Processes casino credit applications and maintains customer files.
• Contacts customers by phone or in person to take credit applications.
• Communicates with banks and credit reporting agencies and casino credit reporting agencies.
• Interfaces with other casinos to document patron credit information.
• Inputs and authorizes new check cashing customers into the system.
