Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Credit Services Specialist to support ancillary services for our property portfolio. You will help set up accounts, source products, and ensure timely delivery in a cost-efficient manner.

The role involves coordinating account closures, training, and acting as a liaison for internal teams on integrations and service issues, while adhering to all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Yardi Voyager or similar systems experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce or similar systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up ancillary services accounts for new properties.
• Coordinate closure of supplier services when properties are sold or no longer managed.
• Coordinate and deliver training for associates on ancillary programs.
• Liaise with internal teams for ancillary services integrations and ongoing service issues.
• Assist with other programs within the credit services department.
• Adhere to company standards and health and safety rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
