Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks an Ag Credit Analyst Manager to supervise and mentor a team of credit analysts, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality financial reviews. You will aid in hiring and training, align with loan policies, and support loan officers with underwriting decisions.

The role requires deep experience in financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and portfolio management, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on delivering accurate, timely reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years banking experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 10+ years experience in a similar position required.
• Supervisory and/or management experience required.
• Commercial banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads and analyzes financial statements.
• Reviews pertinent credit and financial information including financial statements, tax returns, credit bureau reports, bank reports, and other company reports.
• Underwrites complicated borrower relationships of all sizes with accuracy.
• Performs portfolio management.
