Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking an Ag Credit Analyst Manager in Colorado to supervise a team of credit analysts, manage loan analysis workflows, and ensure underwriting quality for commercial loans. You will coordinate with loan officers, train staff, and help implement new software for credit analysis while maintaining policy standards and timely decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 10+ years in banking with supervisory experience and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years years of banking experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Supervisory and/or management experience required.
• Commercial banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands financial statements.
• Reviews pertinent credit and financial information including financial statements, tax returns, credit bureau reports, bank reports, and other company reports.
• Inputs financial data on PC-Based software to generate financial spreadsheet.
• Analyzes findings and prepares in written report.
• Identifies trends and determines key questions.
• Reviews irregular financial information with loan officers.
• Underwrites complicated borrower relationships of all sizes with accuracy.
• Performs portfolio management.
