Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7–9 years of banking experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Commercial banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Credit Analysts and coordinates workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Reviews credit packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Supports Relationship Managers in loan analysis and underwriting.
• Assists with covenant testing and Annual Loan Reviews.
• Mentors staff and drives process improvements.
