Job summary

OnePay is seeking a credit analytics expert to own end-to-end credit strategy across advance, overdraft and other products. You will partner with product, engineering and data science to drive data-driven decisions that balance growth and risk.

You will leverage SQL and AI to build predictive insights, connect customer behavior across products, and present findings to senior leadership that shape the business.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional experience in credit analytics.
• Experience with consumer underwriting strategy and/or portfolio risk analytics.
• Advanced SQL and AI skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity to look beyond the ‘what’ and answer the ‘why’.
• An act-like-an-owner mentality with bias toward taking action.

Responsibilities

• Own credit strategy end-to-end across advance, overdraft and other credit products — creating policies that balance growth and risk.
• Think holistically about customer behavior, not just program-level metrics — connect segmentation and behavioral signals across products to uncover new insights.
• Launch new credit products from scratch balancing first principles and limited data to scale innovative experiences with a credit and product lens.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to accelerate analysis, develop and validate predictive insights, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in product analytics.
• Share insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to influence the direction of the business.
