Job summary

Pivotal Solutions seeks an EVP, Chief Credit Officer to guide credit policy, underwriting standards, and loan portfolio quality. The role supports lending functions and enables timely financial analysis for commercial loans and credit renewals.

The position requires extensive knowledge of credit principles, regulatory compliance, and leadership to manage risk, drive loan approvals, and supervise documentation and reviews across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Banking industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of personal and business tax returns & financial statements.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan analyses for new credit requests, including spreading financial statements, completing or updating the various component of a Loan Approval document, including Business and Management Background, Business and Personal Financial Analysis, Obligor Cash Flow, Strengths and Weaknesses of the proposed loan, etc.
