Starion Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team of analytical professionals. This role performs credit analysis for new and existing loan requests, prepares credit presentations, and supports lenders with risk assessments.

Position available at North Dakota and Wisconsin branches, with potential remote work within 200 miles of a location. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of credit/financial analysis experience and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of credit analysis, lending support, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis for loan requests and prepare credit approval presentations.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written credit recommendations to management regarding loan structure and creditworthiness.
• Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs.
• Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and ongoing process improvements within credit administration.
• Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.
