Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or finance is required.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit/financial analysis as assigned by the loan department.
• Review tax returns and financial statements with written narratives.
• Monitor files with regular follow-up to ensure updated financials.
• Assist with compliance and policy adherence across departments.
• Prepare closing documents and ensure timely loan closings.
• Provide support for outside collateral inspections and lien searches.
• Support reporting to management and directors.
