Glacier Bancorp, Inc. seeks a Loan Funding Desk Reviewer to join a fast-growing team focused on customer success and innovation. You will review loan documents, liaise with outside counsel, and ensure lien perfection and compliance with applicable rules.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while contributing to the bank's growth and image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience with commercial loan documentation at a financial institution or law firm is required.
• Strong knowledge of compliance with Federal and State regulations in banking.
• Knowledge of lending products and services.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bank liaison with legal firms when documents are prepared by outside counsel.
• Review UCC searches and filings to determine lien position.
• Review title commitments/policies to ensure clear lien conveyance and perfection.
• Ensure loans are closed according to approved terms within the Loan Approval Memorandum.
• Review loan documents for regulatory and policy compliance across federal/state/local rules.
• Approve draw requests for large Lines of Credit and Construction/Development lines.
