Job summary

Glacier Bancorp in Texas is seeking a Corporate CRA Program Analyst to design and implement the bank’s CRA program. You will work with Division CRA Coordinators and leadership to develop policies, perform data analysis, and prepare annual performance context reports for management and the Glacier Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review CRA data for accuracy and provide feedback to Divisions for improvements.
• Perform data analysis for CRA performance tracking.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of CRA systems to manage data efficiently.
• Coordinate with examiners during FDIC visits and exams.
• Submit CRA data to regulatory agencies and support staff training.
