Glacier Bancorp, Inc. seeks an experienced Financial Risk Analyst to join Enterprise Risk Management.

The role leverages quantitative expertise, data governance, and analytics to support enterprise risk reporting, strategic initiatives, and risk analytics across the organization. This position prepares and analyzes the Bank's quarterly Risk Appetite Statement, KPI reports, and Economic Indicator Report, delivering briefings to senior leadership while enhancing governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in banking, financial analysis, enterprise risk management, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze data.
• Proficient in creating dashboards and management reports using PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support development, governance, and reporting of the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management suite, including the Risk Appetite Statement.
• Provide second-line oversight over risk across business lines and monitor risk metrics.
• Lead risk reporting projects, enhance processes, data quality, analytics, and automation.
• Comply with all policies, laws, and regulations and complete required trainings.
