Alpine Bank is seeking a mid-level Credit Analyst II in Colorado to underwrite loans and, as needed, support cross-over from Commercial to Consumer lending. The role requires strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and collaboration with Relationship Managers to ensure accurate loan analysis and workflow completion.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 2+ years of bank credit analysis experience, and an NMLS license or ability to obtain one.

• Underwriting knowledge with focus on commercial or consumer products and policies.
• Ability to assess credit risk associated with loan files and understand financial statements.
• Detail oriented, organized, able to manage a high volume of loans with few errors.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Alpine Bank policies, banking compliance, and confidentiality requirements.

Responsabilités

• Underwrites loans following Alpine Bank’s processes and guidelines.
• Identifies trends in income, cash flow, and sources/uses of business cash flow.
• Completes loan analysis and workflow for Relationship Manager review.
• Ensures cash flow and retained earnings reconcile.
• Communicates missing items or concerns to the Relationship Manager.
• Prepares written analysis of findings and meets file completion goals.
• Adheres to underwriting standards with minimal errors and supports process improvements.
• May participate in special projects and maintain regular attendance.
