Responsibilities

• Completes loan analysis and workflow for Relationship Manager review.
• Ensures cash flow and retained earnings reconcile.
• Identifies trends in financial performance or balance sheet concerns.
• Communicates missing items and questions to Relationship Manager.
• Performs a written analysis of findings.
• Follows underwriting processes with minimal errors.
• May modify processes with approval from supervisor.
• Supports loan committee packets and reviews for accuracy.
• Assists with special projects as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance as essential function.
