Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Colorado driver’s license required.
• NMLS license required.
• Principals of Banking to be completed within 1 year of hire.
• 18+ months' experience as a Credit Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes loan analysis and workflow for Relationship Manager.
• Ensures cash flow and retained earnings reconcile.
• Identifies trends in financial performance or balance sheet concerns.
• Communicates missing items or questions to Relationship Manager.
• Performs a written analysis of findings.
• Follows underwriting processes with minimal error.
• Assists with special projects as needed.
• Regular attendance is required.
