• Identify trends in income, cash flow, and sources/uses of cash.
• Complete loan analysis and workflow for Relationship Manager review.
• Ensure cash flow and retained earnings reconcile.
• Communicate missing items and concerns to Relationship Manager.
• Prepare written analysis of findings.
• Meet goals for completed files.
• Apply underwriting standards with minimal guidance.
• Suggest process improvements with approval from Credit Analyst Supervisor.
• Participate in special projects when assigned.
