Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance or other related discipline.
• 3-5 years relevant commercial lending or credit administration experience, specifically related to C&I lending.
• Formal credit training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, high quality credit analysis and recommendations that thoroughly evaluate credit actions.
• Engage in the Opportunity Memo process and finalize Memos for presentation; participate on OM calls.
• Analyze financial statements, loan structures and market conditions to assess creditworthiness and repayment ability.
• Utilize financial spreading software and other tools to evaluate cash flow and repayment sources.
• Conduct underwriting, identify risks, and prepare narrative credit memos for requests and modifications.
