Ingram Content Group in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Credit Analyst to monitor credit limits and payment status for key accounts and support the Credit Manager with complex issues. You will perform financial analyses, reporting and forecasting to aid cash flow planning.

The role requires strong A/R knowledge, 4 years of credit/collections experience and the ability to coach teammates. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field or equivalent of A/R related work experience.
• 4 years of credit/collections experience.
• 2 years of work experience that includes interpreting financial statements and preparing cash flow analyses.
• 1 year work experience that includes training and/or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Monitors credit limits and payment status on assigned key accounts and resolves collection issues.
• Forecasts payments for assigned accounts to be included in company's weekly cash forecast.
• Gathers, analyzes and presents data to management to assist in decision-making, including credit limit reviews for significant customers.
• Assists Credit Manager or Director with associate training and oversight of workflow, including order releasing, collection activity, reporting and Business Partner notes, to ensure service levels are met and procedures are followed.
• Maintains familiarity with all aspects of A/R and billing systems.
• Assists other team members as needed in analyzing financial data, approving credit lines and orders.
