Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the division credit team. You will assemble and review customer financial information and evaluate their position for accounts with large credit limits, and run reports as directed by the Credit Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience) and strong analytical skills. You will interact with IT, accounting, treasury, and other departments to ensure credit processes run smoothly in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• Five years of work related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• NACM, CBA or CBF certifications are preferred.
• Working knowledge of Pivot Tables is expected.
• Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
• Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit information to determine accuracy for customer credit approvals.
• Review requests such as rebates and refunds and approve within policy limits ($1–$25,000).
• Submit third party financing applications within authority levels.
• Support annual renewal of vendor prepay line approvals for prepay limits of $250,000 and above.
• Assist with testing, implementation and training of Oracle and other system projects.
• Collaborate with other teams on enhancements, quality control and testing.
• Ensure credit file requirements are current for audits.
• Provide guidance to division credit teams and other Helena departments on credit matters.
• Act as liaison between IT, accounting, treasury, and credit teams.
• Carry out authority on refund/rebate/prepay requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
