Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with sound judgment in credit risk decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the creditworthiness of commercial and consumer applicants and guarantors by reviewing loan applications and evaluating financial statements.
• Partner with loan officers to analyze credit and prepare written and verbal credit analyses.
• Order, review, and analyze credit reports, appraisals, market valuations, and related documents.
• Coordinate with loan officers to ensure loans move from application to closing in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor loan files to ensure insurance, financials, and documentation stay current.
• Deliver excellent service and guidance to customers on bank products and services.
