Job summary

The Kendall Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the Finance Team. You will manage open customer accounts, contact customers to resolve delinquent issues, and collaborate with sales to resolve payment problems.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented problem-solvers with strong MS Office and Excel skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and ready to learn and grow within our employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Prior credit analysis experience is desired but we will train for the right candidate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail; proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving and follow-through with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage open customer accounts.
• Contact customers to resolve delinquent payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify root causes for non-payment and achieve resolution.
• Reconcile customer payment concerns.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
