During the program, you will evaluate financial health, collaborate with relationship managers, and participate in loan decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Professional experience in financial, credit, or statistical analysis is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills including Word and Excel; familiarity with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Prepare written analyses covering borrower, industry, and collateral considerations.
• Attend loan committee meetings and provide credit analysis insights.
• Coordinate appraisals and collateral analysis; monitor covenant compliance.
• Perform annual risk grading of credit relationships and renewals.
• Engage with relationship managers to align proposals with risk appetite.
