Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field; Finance or Accounting major preferred.
• Professional experience in financial, credit, or statistical analysis preferred (internships, part-time or full-time).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Strong analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to attend initial training in Dallas, TX for ~4 weeks; travel for subsequent training as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to assess borrower creditworthiness and risk.
• Prepare detailed credit analyses including collateral and guarantor reviews.
• Support loan proposals and attend loan committee discussions as needed.
• Coordinate appraisals and collateral analysis with third-party vendors.
• Monitor covenant compliance and renewals; escalate breaches promptly.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and lenders to align with risk appetite.
• Engage in training travel and meetings as required.
