Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in credit and collections.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Outlook.
• Experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze account information, payment discrepancies, and credit risk indicators.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work professionally with customers, sales teams, account managers, and internal finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the accounts receivable portfolio and apply appropriate collection policies.
• Analyze customer accounts and recommend changes to credit terms and credit limits.
• Generate, review, and distribute reports related to deposits, credit adjustments, debit adjustments, customer statements, and aging balances.
• Research payment discrepancies and coordinate collection actions with customers, Sales Representatives, and Key Account Managers.
• Review orders placed on credit hold and determine the appropriate course of action after analysis and customer communication.
• Document collection activity, payment commitments, account agreements, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
