GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage a portfolio of accounts in North America, maximizing receivables turnover and cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and maintaining good customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all credit and collection tasks for Husky operations within your assigned portfolio.
• Analyze credit reports, references, and financial statements to establish appropriate credit terms and limits, monitoring performance regularly.
• Enforce sale terms by identifying past due invoices and taking appropriate collection actions.
• Authorize shipment releases based on credit status.
• Prepare and provide accurate reports and periodic statements of accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist with trade references, and support period-end processes.
• Negotiate and administer special credit terms when necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial credit experience; experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and internet navigation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic personality.
