People Operations Leader | Talent Acquisition

CU Business Group (CUBG) is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, offering a fully remote work environment. Currently, we are seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst I. The primary duties will be focus on portfolio risk management by preparing annual reviews on existing loans, complete appraisal & environmental reviews for new and existing loans and assist with new loan originations as needed. This position is also responsible for underwriting and analysis as part of CUBG’s Fast Track lending program, which includes smaller dollar loan transactions. The Commercial Credit Analyst I will support our commercial loan origination, SBA program and participation network by assisting financial analysis, accounting, compliance and communication.

Qualified candidates will have 2 years commercial/business lending experience; a college degree, or equivalent work experience, in Accounting or Finance; knowledge of cash flow and spread sheet analysis. Familiarity with SBA and conventional commercial lending a plus. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and experience with systems and software. Previous experience with small dollar lending is preferred but not required. This is a high volume and fast paced work environment. Salary will be based on your applicable work experience.
