Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a financial analyst to support Corporate and Commercial Banking lenders and wealth managers with detailed analysis, spreads, trends, and covenant testing. You will help ensure compliance with credit policies and monitor customer reporting requirements.

The role combines office-based collaboration with a hybrid schedule, offering opportunities to grow in a stable financial services environment and interact with diverse teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of basic credit analysis, administration, and bank policies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Ability to read and interpret credit write-ups and loan documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate and Commercial Banking Lenders and Wealth Management Managers with financial analysis and loan monitoring.
• Prepare accurate financial statements spreads, quarterly trend analyses and covenant tests.
• Maintain a compliance monitoring database for credit approval requirements and financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and company certificates to support large credit transactions.
