Job summary

U.S. Bank in Marshall, MN is seeking an Equipment Finance Credit Specialist to conduct credit analyses on existing and prospective customers across multiple business lines, supporting a high-volume environment and collaborating with Sales and Documentation to move deals from application to funding.

You will review credit data, prepare clear write-ups, input data in systems, and help manage risk while delivering timely decisions for small-ticket transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of related experience.
• Strong credit analysis and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analyses using credit reports, financials, tax returns, and industry data.
• Prepare clear credit write-ups and present recommendations for decisions.
• Input and maintain credit data in tracking and portfolio systems.
• Make credit decisions in a high-volume, production environment for small-ticket transactions.
• Monitor portfolios to identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Documentation, and internal partners to move deals to funding.
