Job summary

Jefferson Security Bank is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the credit analysis function and support the Chief Credit Officer in credit administration. You will supervise analysts, review underwriting, and ensure regulatory compliance across the lending portfolio.

The role requires a background in credit analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage and train staff within a bank environment. A commitment to accuracy and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit administration, credit analysis, or direct lending with a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the credit analysis function and assist Chief Credit Officer in credit administration.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to Senior Management, Loan Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Supervise centralized consumer underwriting and approval process.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the Bank professionally with clients and community.
