First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Credit Analysis Manager to lead a team of Credit Analysts in underwriting commercial, agricultural, and CRE portfolios. The role drives high-quality loan packages and credit reviews, aligning with FNBO policies and risk standards.

The ideal candidate will mentor analysts, enforce ownership and accountability, and collaborate with Credit Risk Administration and the Business Lending Segment to optimize processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or consumer credit analysis.
• Experience in community or regional banking.
• MBA preferred; candidates must have unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Credit Analysts across all experience levels, building capability and team effectiveness.
• Drive accountability, professional growth, and high performance.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Oversee credit analysis and underwriting for commercial, agricultural, and CRE transactions.
• Review and validate credit analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with FNBO standards.
• Manage workflow to deliver timely, well-supported credit recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of credit policies and risk assessment standards.
• Lead development and implementation of departmental goals, standards, and benchmarks.
• Design procedures to enforce commercial credit processes and improve efficiency.
• Build strong cross-divisional relationships to support lending objectives.
