Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in Commercial, Ag, CRE and/or Consumer credit analysis is required.

• Redesign commercial credit processes for efficiency and robust controls.
• Lead outsourcing/offshoring initiatives for credit processes.
• Support end-to-end credit lifecycle management including risk assessment and data integrity.
