Job summary

Halperns’ Steak & Seafood, Atlanta, GA, seeks a New Accounts Coordinator to support day-to-day Credit/AR operations and administrative duties. You will manage customer master data, ensure accurate taxability, and process new accounts to help drive timely credit decisions.

You will coordinate with Credit and Sales teams, maintain files, and assist in collections and documentation. A bachelor’s degree and SAP/Canopy experience preferred, with strong Excel and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or relevant field preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Canopy is preferred.
• Strong data governance and customer master data management.
• Experience supporting Credit/AR functions and credit terms decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Credit/AR by maintaining customer master data with governance.
• Process customer account setup and create customer files, verify taxability.
• Keep credit files complete and up to date.
• Expedite credit applications and collect necessary credit information.
• Assist in tax certificate collection and vendor information packets.
• Maintain relationships with Credit and Sales teams.
• Distribute invoice copies, credit memos and statements.
• Prepare files for 3rd party collections when needed.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.
