Halperns' Steak & Seafood in Atlanta, GA seeks an New Accounts Coordinator to support daily Credit/AR operations, manage customer master data, and ensure accurate taxability records. You will coordinate credit data, assist in documenting and filing, and help support vendor information packets.

The role requires interaction with customers and internal teams, strong data handling, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or relevant field preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Knowledge of SAP and Canopy preferred.
• Direct interaction with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Support Credit/AR Teams by coordinating maintenance of customer master data and governance policies.
• Process setup of customer accounts and creation of customer files with credit data and taxability verification.
• Maintain credit files in a consistent, complete manner.
• Expedite credit applications and verify information for informed credit terms decisions.
• Support collection and monitoring of sales tax certificates as needed.
• Update customer database records as requested.
• Maintain positive relationships with Credit and Sales teams.
• Prepare files for 3rd party collections and assist vendor info packets.
