Job summary

Civic Works in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Credit Access Project Manager (Full-Time) to support workforce development participants across programs with one-on-one coaching and group workshops, helping them build long-term financial stability.

You will assist with credit building, debt management, and applying for credit-builder and affordable auto loans, coordinating with a partner CDFI to streamline processes and document best practices.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience providing financial coaching, case management, workforce development support, or related human services.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with external partners, or internal team members to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, credit, debt management, and personal finance concepts.
• Experience working with adults facing employment barriers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching on budgeting, savings, credit building, debt management, and financial planning.
• Deliver workshops on budgeting, credit, debt management, banking, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with partner CDFIs to support loan milestones and streamlined processes.
• Develop and maintain internal playbooks and templates for program expansion.
