Job summary

Capital Resource Connections is seeking a Financial Literacy Instructor to deliver engaging, culturally responsive financial education. You will lead classroom instruction, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to help participants build money management skills and achieve individualized financial goals.

Collaborating with staff and community partners, you will ensure participants complete the curriculum and gain the knowledge to make informed financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial education, coaching, or workforce development.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, credit, debt, banking, savings, and consumer protections.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience serving diverse and underserved communities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial literacy workshops using the organization's approved curriculum.
• Facilitate interactive lessons on budgeting, banking, credit, debt, savings, investing basics, taxes, and consumer protection.
