Job summary

LifeMD, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support licensing, credentialing, and payer contracts across multiple states.

The role ensures efficient operation of credentialing workflows and maximizes provider efficiency. You will work with the Director of Payor Enrollment, Licensing & Credentialing to manage applications, maintain credentialing rosters, and verify provider credentials, while collaborating with other departments on onboarding processes and ensuring timely payor

Qualifications

• Credentialing and licensure coordination experience
• Strong data interpretation and analysis skills
• Familiarity with payer enrollment processes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Credential and re-credential LifeMD providers with payors/hospitals
• Maintain credentialing matrices across providers and markets
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of providers with internal teams
• Assist with licensure, licensure questions, and payor enrollment
• Verify licensure, malpractice, and education credentials
• Update insurance directory listings and payor websites
• Prepare and submit payor applications on time
