Job summary

Rendr, a leading primary care focused medical group serving the Asian community in New York City, is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to support provider credentialing and payer enrollment workflows.

In this role you will assemble credentialing documentation, reconcile payer rosters, and maintain data across systems, while collaborating with clinical leadership and site operations to ensure timely, accurate enrollments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service / support experience.
• Prior data tracking and reporting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with clinical leadership and site operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in provider relations or practice management support preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/obtain full credentialing provider profile documentation within stated departmental timelines.
• Work with Credentialing Specialist to ensure timely processing of provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Reconcile payer rosters against internal provider data management resources and employment/sub-contractor status to ensure enrollments, changes/updates, and terminations are processed accurately and timely by payer.
• Quarterly Operations Reconciliation.
• Tracking and reporting all data and updates into applicable software/databases etc.
• Assist as needed with payer and provider inquiries.
• Perform those duties / special projects which are required by the department.
