Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline or higher preferred; strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• High school diploma required; healthcare credentialing support experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting credentialing and enrollment functions in healthcare settings is desirable.
• Notary certification is a plus and may aid in processing documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions of the Credentialing Department.
• Multitask and manage time effectively while supporting the Delegation team.
• Process confidential Medicaid provider enrollment, group affiliations, and ETIN maintenance.
• Track status of mailed applications and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Audit data for accuracy before mailing applications and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support to back up other credentialing staff and assist with revalidations and certifications.
