Job summary

Santa Rosa Community Health is seeking an Enrollment and Credentialing Coordinator to manage credentialing and enrollment for staff, contractors, volunteers, and students with patient contact. The role supports the revenue cycle team and handles high-precision administrative duties.

The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years in credentialing/enrollment and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field from accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred.
• One year of experience in medical staff credentialing required.
• One year of experience in medical staff enrollment required.
• Three to six years of experience in medical staff credentialing preferred.
• Three to six years of experience in medical staff enrollment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing activity with outside vendor, including applications and verifications.
• Administer extern and student rotation programs.
• Oversee credentialing and related requirements for JCAHO, HRSA and FTCA.
• Maintain credentialing records and ensure licenses and certificates are up to date.
• Provide updates to insurance brokers for professional liability insurance.
• Assist HR with coordinating CPR classes and employee enrollment/completion.
• Track data for compliance, enrollment, and credentialing.
